Core Platform

Designed for mission-critical
compute workloads

Every component in the Noviscraft stack is engineered for deterministic throughput, zero-drift billing accuracy, and full compliance traceability from request ingestion to output delivery.

AI Batch Processing Engine

Submit multi-million-token batch jobs across distributed compute nodes. Priority queues, auto-retry logic, and dead-letter routing ensure zero-loss throughput.

→ 500K+ tokens/sec peak throughput

High-Frequency API Gateway

Programmatic access at enterprise concurrency ceilings. Rate-limit policies, tenant-scoped API keys, HMAC request signing, and per-endpoint circuit breakers built in.

→ 120,000 req/min sustained throughput

Automated Content Pipeline

Declarative pipeline DSL for multi-stage content workflows — templating, enrichment, model chaining, and structured output rendering — deployable in under 2 minutes.

→ YAML-native, Git-versioned workflows

Real-Time Audit & Observability

Immutable event ledger per tenant with OpenTelemetry-compatible trace exports. Full request replay, anomaly detection alerts, and SOC 2 compliant log retention.

→ 180-day tamper-proof retention

Usage-Based Billing Engine

Metered billing down to the individual token and API call. Prepaid compute credits, overage guardrails, and itemized invoices designed for procurement and finance teams.

→ Stripe-integrated, ACH / wire / card

Multi-Region Deployment

Compute nodes in US-East, US-West, EU-Frankfurt, and APAC-Singapore. Data residency controls and regional failover routing per tenant configuration.

→ <50ms cross-region failover SLA
Security & Compliance

Enterprise-grade compliance, built into every layer

Noviscraft maintains continuous compliance posture with automated control testing, vendor risk assessments, and quarterly penetration testing by accredited third parties. Our compliance team operates out of Veritas Global LLC, incorporated in Colorado, USA.

Customer Stories

Trusted by engineering teams
running production AI at scale

"We migrated 120M monthly API calls onto Noviscraft's compute nodes in a single sprint. The automated pipeline tooling and real-time audit logs cut our compliance reporting overhead by roughly 60%. The SOC 2 report covered our InfoSec review in one meeting."

VP Engineering, FinTech SaaS · Series B

"The high-frequency API gateway handles our peak load of 90,000 requests per minute without a single dropped call. Noviscraft's billing engine gives us per-tenant cost attribution we could never get from hyperscalers. Their enterprise support response time is genuinely sub-hour."

Marcus K.
Head of Infrastructure · Digital Media Group

"Our legal team required GDPR Article 28 DPA and data residency in EU-Frankfurt before we could sign. Noviscraft had both ready within 48 hours. The automated content pipeline replaced three separate vendor contracts. We consolidated $140K/year in tooling spend."

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a compute node and how is it billed? +
A compute node is an isolated processing unit within the Noviscraft infrastructure cluster. Each node handles a dedicated slice of your API throughput and batch workload. Billing is metered per API call and per batch token, with a base platform fee. You can scale node count dynamically via the dashboard or API. All usage appears as line items on your monthly invoice.
How does the SOC 2 Type II certification work for my compliance? +
Noviscraft (operated by Veritas Global LLC) undergoes an annual SOC 2 Type II audit conducted by an accredited CPA firm. The audit covers the Security, Availability, Confidentiality, and Processing Integrity trust service criteria. Enterprise customers receive the full audit report and bridge letter upon execution of an NDA. Professional customers receive the executive summary. The report can typically satisfy InfoSec reviews without additional vendor questionnaires.
Can I set spending limits or overage guardrails? +
Yes. The billing engine supports hard caps, soft caps with email/Slack alerts, and prepaid compute credit bundles. Hard caps pause pipeline execution when the threshold is reached; soft caps notify your team and continue processing. All thresholds are configurable per pipeline or per tenant from the dashboard. Enterprise plans also support purchase order-based billing with net-30 or net-60 terms.
What is the GDPR data processing arrangement? +
Veritas Global LLC acts as a Data Processor under Article 28 GDPR. We offer a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers, a sub-processor registry, and data deletion commitments. EU customers may select EU-Frankfurt as their sole processing region to ensure data residency. DPA can be executed via DocuSign within one business day.
How do automated content pipelines work? +
Pipelines are defined in YAML and committed to your Git repository. The Noviscraft runner picks up changes on push and deploys new pipeline versions with zero downtime. Each pipeline stage can call external APIs, run transformation functions, route to different model endpoints, and emit structured outputs to webhooks, S3, or your database. Full execution logs with token counts appear in the dashboard and are exportable for billing reconciliation.
What is the enterprise contract and onboarding process? +
Enterprise engagements begin with a 60-minute technical discovery call with our solutions engineering team. We scope compute node allocation, pipeline architecture, compliance requirements, and billing structure. MSA and order form are typically executed within 5–7 business days. A dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) is assigned from day one and a private Slack Connect channel is set up for your engineering and ops teams.
