Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed).
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at BosvionTrad@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item received), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color ordered), the customer will be responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
